I recently leaped from leading a SaaS cloud operations team to the wondrous world of Technical Program Management. My current professional home is Fullstory, where I manage technical programs aimed at scaling the “you build it, you run it” DevOps model to meet the chaotic demands of a team in hyper-growth.
